I was educated at Hofstra University and Manhattanville College. I primarily tutor students who find math challenging. When it comes to learning math, I believe that any student can get the hang of it. It may be true that some students are naturals at it and pick it up easier than others, but at the end of the day, being successful at math is possible for everyone. A tutor can make all the difference when it comes to making the leap to really understanding the subject. A tutor can help diligently and patiently navigate students through their academic obstacles, one session at a time. My favorite part of working with my pupils is helping them to identify their roadblocks, clearing them together, and rejoicing when they have their "Aha!" moment. In the classroom, I'm excited to offer my students assistance in a variety of math classes, including elementary school math, middle school math, pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, pre-calculus, trigonometry, statistics, and preparation for the PSAT, SAT, and Regents. When I'm not working as a tutor, you can find me enjoying woodworking and photography.
